SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Family Affair by God’s Design Boutique! We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 72 hours of your purchase. If 72 hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Eligibility

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and the item must be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items that are on sale can not be refunded. The product must be sent to the following address: Address 390 Rome Drive, Winnsboro SC 29180. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Eligibility

Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at familyaffair081@gmail.com, and send your item to 390 Rome Drive, Winnsboro SC 29180.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, double check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at (803) 348-7257.
